My expertise: I design large-scale customer-facing experiences and internal tools. Iām passionate about horizontal collaboration, systems thinking, pair and co-designing, running design sprints, advocating for accessibility, and mentoring teammates.
Fun facts: I have waddled with penguins in Antarctica, I read 50+ books in 2025 (many on the quirks of human behavior), and I should be on a fall watch list.

Results: Defined UX strategy for publishing brand shops, enhancing brand storytelling and discovery, increasing annual profit and brand satisfaction.

Self-service order resolution
Problem: How might we help customers more easily find self-service capabilities so they can resolve order issues and complete Account Jobs To Be Done?
Results: Led design of a new account dashboard and self-service order resolution experiences through a Google Ventures design sprint, reducing annual Care costs and contact per order rate, and improving customer satisfaction.
